<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distance measuring instrument which is manufactured at low cost, is small and can perform measurement with high accuracy with little loss of quantity of light to be detected. <P>SOLUTION: A light source 1 is fixed to a holder 81 to emit a laser beam L. A perforated mirror 2 is inclined against the optical axis of the laser beam L emitted from the light source 1, is fixed to a holder 82 fixed spatially to the holder 81 such that an irradiation region A irradiated with the laser beams L from the light source 1 becomes a far-field pattern of the laser beam L from the viewpoint of an optical axis direction, and has a transmitting part 20 having no optical disturbance to the laser beam L in the irradiation region A. A scanning 3 reflects the laser beam L transmitting the transmitting part 20 toward an object to be measured 7. A detecting part 5 detects the laser beam L reflected at the object to be measured 7 and reflected at the perforated mirror 2. A processing part 6 controls the driving of the light source 1 and the detecting part 6 to calculate a distance to the object to be measured 7 on the basis of an output of the detecting part 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
