<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester composition capable of providing a flame-retardant cationic dyeable polyester fiber which is excellent in light fastness and heat resistance while maintaining flame retarding performance and cationic dyeability by replacing a flame-retardant component copolymerizable with polyester with a non-copolymerizable flame-retardant component. <P>SOLUTION: The flame-retardant cationic dyeable polyester composition includes 0.8-4.0 mol%, relative to the whole acidic contents constituting the polyester, of an isophthalic component containing metal sulfonate group and 1,000-8,000 ppm of a phosphor compound represented by formula in terms of phosphor element, which are copolymerized; and 1,000-5,000 ppm of a non-copolymerizable phosphoric acid compound or phosphinic acid component in terms of phosphor element (in the formula, R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>are mutually different 1-20C hydrocarbon groups, and R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>is hydrogen atom or 1-20C hydrocarbon group). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
