<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting resin composition in which in the preservation of a thermosetting resin having a benzoxazine ring in a solution, the increase in a molecular weight of the thermosetting resin can be controlled. <P>SOLUTION: The thermosetting resin composition includes: a thermosetting resin having a benzoxazine ring shown by formula (I); a solvent having at least one ether group and alcoholic hydroxyl group in the molecular respectively; an amide solvent; and cyclohexanone.
