The ground terminal of power supply circuit (107) is connected to ground conductor (63g) and is thus grounded. The ground terminal of power supply circuit (108) is connected to ground conductor (62h) and is thus grounded. Ground conductors (11, 12) are disposed so as to sandwich a first portion on antenna element (7) and ground connectors (11, 13) are disposed so as to sandwich a third position on antenna element (8).
