FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: ball movable support for installation of pipelines in cases comprises a pipe with fixators installed in a case, a shell with rolling elements in the form of balls contacting with the case, the support of which are plugs, a sector of pipe reinforcement. Balls are arranged in a row from 3-4 balls along the circumference arc in the plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the pipeline. Plugs are installed at both sides from each row of balls. The pipe reinforcement sector is made with edges bent in radial direction relative to the case, performing a function of fixators. The pipeline diameter D, case diameter D0 and ball diameter d are related by the following ratio: d=0.5(D0-D)-h, where h - thickness of pipe reinforcement sector. ^ EFFECT: simplified and cheaper design, higher stability of a pipeline in a case, higher durability of structural element and reduced labour intensiveness of assembly and disassembly works during pipeline operation. ^ 1 dwg |
