PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery management system, a delivery management method and a delivery management program to effectively call for attention according to a delivery destination of delivery to be a delivery object.

SOLUTION: When received delivery destination information has a history requiring a caution, a control section 21 of a delivery management system 20 generates an attention list with the delivery destination information added thereto. The control section 21 performs a generation process of the attention list when identifying an item requiring the caution with extraction of any of attention patterns meeting an attention condition through an execution of a matching process of the delivery destination information to the attention patterns. The control section 21 also executes an issuing process of an alarm letter and an import process with a portable terminal based on the attention list.
