<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a user of a response of an elevator without providing a sense of anxiety and then to efficiently guide the user to an elevator to arrive even if there are many users and a change of assignment occurs frequently. <P>SOLUTION: In a group management elevator, operations of a plurality of elevators are controlled, one of cars 6 of the elevators is assigned when a landing call is registered, and a reservation guide (e.g., lighting of a lantern 3) of the car 6 is performed at a landing stage.
