<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoelectric conversion element that can achieve high conversion efficiency, has excellent durability, and can adapt to a coating process that enables low-cost manufacturing, to provide a method of manufacturing the organic photoelectric conversion element, and to provide a solar cell using the organic photoelectric conversion element. <P>SOLUTION: In an organic photoelectric conversion element that has a transparent electrode and a counter electrode on and above a plastic substrate and has a photoelectric conversion layer composed of an n-type semiconductor material and a p-type semiconductor material between the transparent electrode and the counter electrode, the photoelectric conversion layer includes a bulk-shaped n-type semiconductor material and a particulate n-type semiconductor material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
