<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile door lock device that prevents entry of rainwater from a drain port. <P>SOLUTION: A cover 7 is provided on a vertical plane, and includes drain ports 745, 746 for discharging rainwater having entered between the cover 7 and an auxiliary cover 19 to the outside of the cover 7. A housing 6 has a visor part 62 close to the sides of the drain ports 745, 746 and facing them. A lower end of the visor part 62 extends below the drain port 745, 746, to discharge the rainwater from the drain ports 745, 746, thereby preventing return of the rainwater from the drain ports 745, 746. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
