FOOD WASTE TREATMENT APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food waste treatment apparatus capable of sufficiently heating food waste.

SOLUTION: A treatment apparatus 1 for treating the food waste by drying it includes: a treatment tank 2 in which the food waste is charged; a decompression pump 3 for decompressing inside the treatment tank 2; stirring means 4 for stirring the food waste in the treatment tank 2; a pipe 23 formed along an inner wall surface of the treatment tank 2; a heat pump unit 5 for sending a coolant increased in high temperature by a compressor 51 to the pipe 23; and a heating wire 44 wound around an outer periphery of the stirring unit 4.
