<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shelter for evacuation, which serves as a safe survival space during earthquakes and which is diverted into a location space serving as a play space for children and the like in normal situations. <P>SOLUTION: A shelter for evacuation is a cylindrical object which can be diverted into a play space for children's hide-and-seek and the like, which is formed by combining and connecting at least three or more panels P in a rectangular planar shape, and in which a cylindrical space large enough to accommodate an adult's body is formed. A hole AN large enough to allow the passage of the adult's body is opened in the at least one or more panels P, and formed in a circular shape and the like.
