Provided is an electrophotographic photoreceptor that, when using the electrophotographic photoreceptor, achieves superior transparency, wear resistance, and electrophotographic characteristics (sensitivity, residual potential after light irradiation, and the like). Specifically, provided are a resin composition and a electrophotographic photoreceptor containing: a polycarbonate resin (A) having a structural unit represented by general formula (I); and at least one of a polycarbonate resin (B) synthesized from a starting material containing bisphenol and represented by general formula (II), and a polyester resin (B') synthesized from a starting material containing bisphenol and represented by general formula (II).
