The power station has an internal combustion engine (2) that is installed within a container (1). A cooling fluid pump (4) is connected to a heat exchanger (5). The cooling fluid conduits (22) of combustion engine are parallely arranged on the pump. An adjustable throttle valve (41) is inserted into the conduits of combustion engine. An output shaft (21) rotates an electrical generator (3) and derives the electrical power (E) of generator and the thermal energy (T) from the cooling fluid of combustion engine.
