PURPOSE: A movement target interlinking method and a detecting system using the same are provided to increase target relating performance and reliability by using similarity between targets in a huff domain. CONSTITUTION: A Hough variable calculating part(110) calculates Hough variable by using trajectory information of a target. A probability property extracting part(120) extracts a probability characteristic of discrete sensor. A normalized distance calculating part(130) calculates distance between targets by using probability characteristic of Hough variable.
