PURPOSE: A producing method of bean curd filled with solidified sauce is provided to enable users to easily eat the bean curd, and to offer the improved flavor of the bean curd to the users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of bean curd filled with solidified sauce comprises the following steps: inserting soymilk and a coagulating agent into a container; inserting the sauce into the container before the coagulation for forming a first layer(12) formed with the soymilk and the coagulating agent, and a second layer(11) formed with the sauce; sealing the container(13); and heating the sealed container for coagulating the first and second layers. |
