FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of making a compound which is used to fill space between bearing elements of linings, when producing wearing elements of pumps or in friction bearings, or filling the inter-element space in grinders and ejector groups of elevators of mills. The method involves formation of a solid compound by mixing epoxy resin with a plasticiser. Filler heated to temperature 65-80C is the added to the obtained mixture. The filler is selected from washed quartz sand, electrocorundum, boron carbide or dolomite. ^ EFFECT: formed compound has stable physical and mechanical characteristics and high pouring fluidity regardless of ambient temperature.
