<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination appliance capable of illuminating a wide range of a mounting face without reducing a volume of illumination light in a direction opposite to the mounting face. <P>SOLUTION: The illumination appliance 1, carrying out illumination in a direction opposite to the mounting face C with emission light of a light source 5 provided at a body case 2 attached to the mounting face C, is made provided with a light guide plate 11 protruded in a radial direction so as to surround an outer periphery of the body case 2 and equipped with an incident face 11a for guiding light in a radial direction, so that light incident from the light source 5 enters the light guide plate 11 from the incident face 11a, and the light emitted from the light guide plate 11 illuminates the setup face C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
