<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack. <P>SOLUTION: The battery pack comprises: a plurality of bare cells coupled in series or in parallel; and a protection circuit module electrically coupled to the bare cells and to which a thermistor sensing a temperature of the bare cells is bonded. The thermistor includes a facing part having one surface facing an edge of the protection circuit module substantially at a right angle.
