<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module comprising a plurality of back-junction solar cells connected electrically via a wiring member with improved reliability. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell module 1 comprises a plurality of solar cells 10 and a wiring member 11. Each of the solar cells 10 includes a p-side electrode 15 and an n-side electrode 14 arranged on a main surface 20a. The wiring member 11 electrically connects the p-side electrode 15 of one of two adjacent solar cells 10 and the n-side electrode 14 of the other solar cell 10. A surface layer of each of the p-side electrode 15 and the n-side electrode 14 includes coated layers 16c, 17c including at least one feeding point 18, 19. The wiring member 11 is joined to the coated layers so as to overlap with a part of the feeding points 18, 19 of the solar cell 10 and so as not to overlap with a part of the feeding points 18, 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
