<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To coat a part of a molded article surface with a coating liquid or a coating material without causing deterioration in manufacturing efficiency, in the manufacturing of a molded article formed by using a mold for coating an injection-molded article. <P>SOLUTION: Between a fixed-side mold 2 and a movable-side mold 4 which can be closed and opened, a molten resin is injected into a molding space formed in a mold-closed state, and cooled and solidified to form the molded article P. A liquid permeation part 6 is attached to the fixed-side mold 2 adjacent to the molding space and formed of a porous material with liquid permeability. A coating liquid is supplied to the liquid permeation part, and the coating liquid is moved to a portion in contact with the liquid permeation part 6 in the molding space of the molded article P with the fixed-side mold 2 and the movable-side mold 4 in mold-closed states. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
