<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary drum type game machine which adopts freeze performances of a type allowing a player to participate for improving player's motivation for games, and which allows release of the freeze performances when predetermined release conditions are satisfied on the basis of operation by the player. <P>SOLUTION: A lottery for selecting a freeze performance trigger is carried out during a unit game for stopping progress of the game (S107). When the lottery is won, the freeze performance is carried out (S201-S202). During the freeze performance, a freeze-time performance, which is an operation type game allowing the player to participate, is carried out by a performance means (S203).
