<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably position and fix a workpiece onto a suction face of a suction jig to allow stable cutting without requiring skill. <P>SOLUTION: The workpiece W is sucked with predetermined sucking force, and the workpiece W is stuck to the suction face of the suction jig 3.
