<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of a compressor of a heating apparatus which supplies a heating terminal with a temperature controlled water heated by a heat pump unit. <P>SOLUTION: The heating apparatus 1 includes an outdoor machine (heat pump unit) 2 having a compressor 11, a heating unit 3 connected to the outdoor machine 2 and a regulating temperature of the temperature controlled water, and a floor heating panel 4 supplied with the temperature controlled water from the heating unit 3. Further, the heating apparatus 1 has a remote controller (reservation means) 5 for reserving a plurality of reservation time zones during which regular heating operations are performed, and a control unit 60 for controlling the outdoor machine 2 and the heating unit 3. The control unit 60 performs non-reservation time zone heating operation based on target temperature lower than the target temperature of the floor heating panel 4 at the regular heating operation completion time in a last reservation time zone of non-reservation time zones, in a no-reservation time zone other than the plurality of reservation time zones reserved by the remote controller 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
