The problem addressed by the present invention is to provide a method that is for producing a planar electrode for an organic electronic device and that can, at a low cost, produce an electrode that imparts an organic electronic device having no leaking with respect to a counterelectrode and a low drive voltage while maintaining high transparency. The method for producing a planar electrode for an organic electronic device is characterized by forming a conductive polymer-containing layer after performing local heating processing on a metal thin wire pattern in the planar electrode that is for an organic electronic device and that has: the conductive metal thin wire pattern formed from metal nanoparticles on a substrate; and the conductive polymer-containing layer formed from at least a conductive polymer, which is formed comprising a p conjugated conductive polymer and a polyanion, and a water-soluble binder resin, which contains the structural unit represented by general formula (I), on the metal thin wire pattern. |
