The first channel has a free end, and is connected with a free zone. The condensation zone is formed in the inner space, and located opposite to the vaporization zone. The cooling unit comprises a hydrophilic layer, and a metal body comprising an inner space, which has a vaporization zone (111), a condensation zone (112), and a connection zone (113). The vaporization zone is formed in the inner space, and is provided in first guide elements (1111) containing first guide bodies, between which a first channel (1111b) is formed. The first channel has a free end, and is connected with a free zone. The condensation zone is formed in the inner space, located opposite to the vaporization zone and provided in second guide elements containing second guide bodies, between which a second channel is formed. The connection zone forms itself between the vaporization zone and the condensation zone, and contains a first connection hole set, and a second connection hole set, which connects the vaporization zone and the condensation zone. The vaporization zone, the condensation zone and the connection zone form a guide structure. The hydrophilic layer is formed on a surface of the vaporization zone, the condensation zone, the connection zone and the inner space. The first and second guide bodies are formed in a strip-shaped manner, and are provided in a transverse direction and a longitudinal direction. The first and second channels are formed between the first guide bodies. Depressions are provided between the first and second guide bodies. The depressions have a round-, quadratic-, triangular-, shingle-shape or arbitrary geometric shape. An independent claim is included for a method for depositing a hydrophilic layer of the cooling unit.</p>
