<p>The invention relates to biotechnology and pharmacology. A supernatant comprising a recombinant protein with an amino acid sequence of staphylokinase (RPSPH) is thawed. The RPSPH is isolated and chromatographically purified on CM Sepharose. The RPSPH is chromatographically purified on DEAE Sepharose. The RPSPH is then transferred into a solution of 0.3 % NaCl. The substance is sterilized, packaged, subjected to lyophilic drying and marked. The invention expands the range of agents having fibrinolytic properties.</p>
