PURPOSE: A check valve of a brake system is provided to secure assembly reliability and reduce weight and size by simplifying shape and manufacturing costs through common pressing process and increase the reliability for assembling. CONSTITUTION: A check valve of a brake system comprises a valve housing(110), a ball(120), a spring(125), and a valve seat(130). The valve housing is coupled with the stepped portion(2b) of a hydraulic block(2) and comprises an oil flow passage(112). The valve housing accommodates a front end(110a), a middle end(110b), a rear end(110c), and a flange(110d). The front end is tapered and the diameter of the front end is smaller than that of the middle end. The middle end is formed to accommodate the ball and the spring. The rear end is tapered and the diameter of the front end is larger than that of the middle end. The diameter of the flange is bent for the expansion of the diameter. The ball is coupled with the hydraulic block and opens and closes the inner oil passage. The spring supports the ball elastically. The valve seat guides the spring and assembled with the valve housing. The valve seat comprises an oil hole passing through the center portion. |
