PURPOSE: An automatic roll tape cutting apparatus is provided to cut a cut object while transferring with a motor and a pinion gear in a state where both top and bottom of the cut object are clamped. CONSTITUTION: An automatic roll tape cutting apparatus comprises a cut actuating part, a cutting and clamping part(17), a rear clamp actuating part, a cut object feeding part, and a cut object receiving part(3). The cut actuating part has a lateral transferring unit(4) laterally moved by the actuation of a motor. The cutting and clamping part has a processing space part between first and second barrier walls. A circular cutting blade is protruded to the processing space part through a lateral slit on the first barrier wall. Actuating rods of upper and lower clamp bars are connected to the rear clamp actuating part. A plate guiding shutter is connected to a feeding hopper of the cut object feeding part and is reached to the front surface of the feeding hopper while being pushed by the clamp bars forwardly moving.
