METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ALUMINUM CURRENT COLLECTOR HAVING 3D PATTERN STRUCTURE USING SCREEN PRINTING, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ULTRAHIGH-CAPACITY CAPACITOR USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of applying screen printing in manufacturing: an aluminum current collector having a 3D (three-dimensional) pattern structure; and an ultrahigh-capacity capacitor comprising the collector.

SOLUTION: The method comprises a step of designing a prescribed pattern on a surface of an aluminum current collector using screen printing, and a step of forming a 3D pattern structure on the surface of the aluminum current collector by selectively etching the pattern to expand the surface area of the aluminum current collector. An ultrahigh-capacity capacitor comprises the aluminum current collector having the 3D pattern structure.
