<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of applying screen printing in manufacturing: an aluminum current collector having a 3D (three-dimensional) pattern structure; and an ultrahigh-capacity capacitor comprising the collector. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises a step of designing a prescribed pattern on a surface of an aluminum current collector using screen printing, and a step of forming a 3D pattern structure on the surface of the aluminum current collector by selectively etching the pattern to expand the surface area of the aluminum current collector.
