<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive coloring composition suitable for forming a colored spacer which is positioned in a liquid crystal layer in a color liquid crystal display device, that is to say, adjacent to a liquid crystal and in which the liquid crystal has a high voltage holding ratio. <P>SOLUTION: A photosensitive coloring composition is formed by mixing (a) a pigment dispersion liquid, (b) an alkali-soluble resin, (c) a photopolymerization initiator, (d) an ethylenic unsaturated compound and (e) a solvent. Pigment particles having a particle diameter of 50 nm or less in (a) the pigment dispersion are 30 wt.% or less in the total pigments in (a) the pigment dispersion liquid and the weight ratio of (b) the alkali-soluble resin to (d) the ethylenic unsaturated compound is less than 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
