<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scavenger support which removes metal, especially palladium, from solution. <P>SOLUTION: The scavenger support is acquired from a chemical reaction between a functionalized support having pendant groups selected from 1,3-ketoesters or 1,3-ketoamides or mixtures thereof having a hydrocarbyl group, a perhalogenated hydrocarbyl group or a heterocyclyl group which is connected to a support through a linker, with an amine having a substituted hydrazine or its salt or a specified chemical structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
