<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To temporarily perform printing even in the case of printing beyond authority. <P>SOLUTION: It is determined whether a user is permitted to make unauthorized printing by using deviation information which is received from a client terminal and showing deviation from printing authority of the user for operating print data and the client terminal, and actual result of unauthorized printing of the user who has transmitted the print data, the actual result being received from an authorization-deviation management server and showing the result of printing beyond the authority of the user. When it is determined that the user is permitted to make unauthorized printing, a signature of a print server is attached to the print data, and they are transmitted to a printing device.
