INVERTER DEVICE AND AIR CONDITIONER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inverter device which efficiently radiates heat generated and suppresses the increase in the size and the cost when the capacity of the inverter device is increased.

SOLUTION: An inverter device includes an inverter main circuit 22 converting direct current power into alternating current power. The inverter device includes: a normally-on type MOSFET 5 connecting with the inverter main circuit 22; a current detection circuit 9 detecting a current flowing through the inverter main circuit 22 based on a drain-source voltage of the MOSFET 5; and an inverter control part 11 controlling the inverter main circuit 22 based on the current detected by the current detection circuit 9.
