<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing method which can perform a stable and accurate test even if an external signal is inputted to perform a test without connecting a crystal oscillator and shorten a test time without being affected by an oscillation start time in a testing method for measuring the current consumption of an inverter in a constant current type oscillation circuit. <P>SOLUTION: In a constant current type oscillation circuit including an XT terminal and an XTN terminal for connecting a crystal oscillator to input constant current to an inverter 1 from a constant current source 6, a testing method measures current consumption by the inverter 1 with a current measuring instrument 7, connects a pull-up resistor 9 to at least one between the XT terminal and the XTN terminal, for example, the XTN terminal, and inputs an external signal from a signal generator 11, from the XT terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
