<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric oscillator in which variation in the oscillation frequency can be reduced without being affected by external noise, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In the piezoelectric oscillator, one of a plurality of external connection terminal connection lines provided on one principal surface of a substrate of an element mounting member is connected to one end of one shield line provided on the other principal surface of the substrate via one of a plurality of substrate internal lines of the substrate, and the other end of one shield line is connected electrically to one of external connection terminals provided at four corners of a first frame via one of the plurality of substrate internal lines of the substrate and one of a plurality of frame internal lines of the first frame. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
