METHOD OF MANUFACTURING POLYAMIDE LOW POLYMER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing polyamide low polymer mainly made of dicarboxylic acid and diamine at a high productivity.

SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing polyamide low polymer includes the following processes (i) and (ii). Process (i): dicarboxylic acid is made to react with diamine in the existence of water to provide a mixture of salt and water. Process (ii): using the salt provided in process (i), the low polymer is crushed while production reaction of the low polymer is performed at a temperature lower than the melting point of polyamide obtained when the molecular weight is increased.
