<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible film capacitor useful when used in a high-temperature environment and exhibiting stable performance. <P>SOLUTION: The film capacitor is obtained by forming a metal electrode on both surfaces of a polyimide benzoxazole film using a sputtering method, deposition method, electric plating method or the like, the polyimide benzoxazole film being prepared using diamines with a benzoxazole skeleton and aromatic tetracarboxylic dianhydride as starting materials, and having an absolute value of a linear expansion coefficient of 5 ppm/°C or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
