<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint damper and a structure of joint damper part, capable of transmitting a load even in the case that an adhesive part is peeled off. <P>SOLUTION: The body part 3A of a second rigid member 3 to be fixed to a column 11 is provided with fitting holes 3c at six places including the four corners. Fixing screws 5B are screwed in a brace member through the fitting holes 3c, so that the body part 3A of the second rigid member 3 is fixed to the brace member 12. Through-holes 4b and 2b passing through a damping member 4 and a first rigid member 2 are arranged corresponding to the respective fitting holes 3c.
