<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock handle device for a door, capable of an electric unlocking operation by a solenoid and capable of unlocking by a lock operation when unlocking is impossible due to a fault. <P>SOLUTION: A locking unit 27 includes a latch lever 28, a lock unit 29, and a solenoid unit 30. The latch lever 28 is engaged with an engaging part 26 of a lever handle 5 at a lock position at an engaging position, releases it at a non-engaging position, and is rotationally urged to the engaging position at normal time. The lock unit 29 is capable of rotating the latch lever 28 to the non-engaging position by a key operation. The latch lever 28 is rotated to the non-engaging position tentatively by being pushed by the engaging part 26 of the lever handle 5 brought down and turned to the lock position, is then rotated and restored to the engaging position, and automatically locks the lever handle 5.
