Provided are an imaging device and imaging program which, even when using an imaging element provided with a color filter having a non-Bayer array, are capable of using without modification an image processing unit which handles Bayer arrays. This imaging device (10) is provided with a color filter (30) comprising a repeated arrangement of 6×6-pixel basic array patterns, a drive unit (22) for driving an imaging element (14) such that pixel data is sampled and read only from the pixels on lines in pre-set positions in the vertical direction, and a pixel conversion unit (18) which takes the pixel data of each line sampled and read out from the imaging element (14) and converts said pixel data into Bayer array pixel data in a Bayer array pattern. |
