The luggage has a cover (11) that is linked to side wall (10a) of lockable case (10) by hinge (13). A connecting zipper (15) surrounds edges of side walls (10b-10d) of case. A rotating panel (12) is detachedly attached to cover by circular zipper (20). One side (A) of rotating panel is positioned away from inner space of case while other side of panel is positioned in inner space of case, in first assembly position. The side (A) of rotating panel is positioned in inner space of case while other side of panel is positioned away from inner space of case, in second assembly position.
