PLANT FACTORY AND CULTURE BENCHES WITH LIGHT-GUIDING PLATE

A plant factory comprising: a culture room (10) in which plants are cultured; and a plurality of culture benches piled up in the culture room (10), said culture benches including at least first culture benches (20A) and second culture benches (20B). The first culture benches comprise: a plurality of culture benches located immediately above the second culture benches; a first light-guiding plate (22A) which is located on the bottom face of the first culture benches and provided with a first photoirradiation part on the surface facing the second culture benches; and a first light-receiving part (30A) which is provided with a first light-receiving face (32A) for receiving the sunlight and allows the light falling on the first light-receiving face to fall on the side face of the first light-guiding plate. According to this structure, in conducting multi-stage culture in a culture room of a plant factory with the use of the sunlight, the sunlight can be also let in plants on culture benches that are located on stages other than the top stage.
