<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap structure for a light-emitting device capable of having no possibility of deformation caused by heat at the time of soldering and easily inserting a lead wire for power supply to a lead wire insertion hole. <P>SOLUTION: The cap structure for a light-emitting device includes a resin body member 12 wherein a light-emitting body 14 is mounted and a cylindrical cap mounting core section 30 is projected, a cylindrical cap shell 38 wherein a male screw 42 is formed on its outer surface and it is covered on the cap mounting core section 30, a cap adapter 40 made of an insulated heatproof material, wherein a pointed section 52 is formed at one side and the another side is arranged on a pointed head of the cap mounting core section 30 and a lead wire insertion hole 54 is formed, and a pair of power supply lead wires 34, 35. Consequently, a pointed head of one power supply lead wire 34 can pass inside the cap mounting core section 30, and then, the lead wire insertion hole 54 of the cap adapter 40, and can be soldered and fixed on the surface of the pointed head of the pointed section 52 without having possibility of deformation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
