<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cleaning a through-hole, capable of being improved in the cleaning power and cleaning efficiency to the inner surface of the through-hole. <P>SOLUTION: The inner surface of a through-hole 5 is cleaned using a nozzle 7, on the outer periphery of which jetting ports 10 are provided to jet a cleaning solution. Specifically, the nozzle 7 is inserted in the through-hole 5, and both ends of the through-hole 5 are sealed to thereby form an elevated-pressure space 25 to elevate the pressure of the cleaning solution jetted from the jetting ports 10 to between the outer surface of the nozzle 7 and the inner surface of the through-hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
