A laminated moisture-proof film (1) characterized by laminating moisture-proof film (A) (2) having a water vapor permeability (WTR (A)) at 40°C and at 90% RH of 1.0 [g/m2·day] or less and moisture-proof film (B) (3) having an inorganic layer (5) on one surface of a base material (4) and a water vapor permeability (WTR (B)) at 40°C and at 90% RH that is 10% or less than the water vapor permeability (WTR (A)) value of moisture-proof film (A), moisture-proof film (A) and moisture-proof film (B) being laminated with an adhesive layer (7) therebetween.
