<p>Provided is a thermoelectric generator device that is able to achieve compactness, long use life, and high generating efficiency. The thermoelectric generator device (100), which has a substrate (1) and a thermoelectric conversion element (2) formed on the surface of the substrate (1), is provided with: an electricity storage circuit (4) that stores electrical energy formed by the thermoelectric conversion element (2) and is formed on the reverse surface of the substrate (1); wires (30, 31) that are wires connected to the thermoelectric conversion element (2) and that perforate the substrate (1) to be exposed at the reverse surface of the substrate (1); wires (3a, 3b) that are formed on the reverse surface of the substrate (1) and that connect the wires (30, 31) and the electricity storage circuit (4); a metal film (5) that is formed at the periphery of the region at which the electricity storage circuit (4) and the wires (3a, 3b) are formed and that is for cooling the substrate (1); and a radiating fin (7) disposed at the upper reverse surface of the substrate (1) and that is disposed covering the wires (3a, 3b) and the interface between the wires (3a, 3b) and the metal film (5) in a plan view.</p> |
