<p>The plant has an energy conversion device (3) comprising a supporting platform fastened to a mounting seat. An insertion tube (32) is attached to the platform. A wind adjusting device (2) has a guiding tube fastened to the platform by a support. A guiding groove is formed at an outer surface of the guiding tube, and a wind direction sensor (24) is attached to a head side of the adjusting device such that the sensor corresponds to wind direction. The guiding tube is brought into a rotating movement such that blades in a blade component (30) are adjusted automatically at a windward angle.</p>
