PURPOSE: A light emitting element is provided to improve light emitting efficiency by forming two or more separated electrodes having the same polarity on a first semiconductor layer or a second semiconductor layer. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting structure includes a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer, an active layer. The active layer is formed between the first and the second semiconductor layers. A first and a second electrodes(132,134) are separated from each other and placed on the first semiconductor layer. A third electrode(142) is placed between the first and the second electrodes. The first electrode includes a first bonding pad and a first electrode pad. The second electrode includes a second bonding pad separated from the first bonding pad and a second electrode pad extended from the second bonding pad. |
