PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an oriental medicinal liquid composition is provided to ensure functionality. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an oriental medicinal liquid composition comprises: a step of mixing Aconitum pulcherrimum NAKAI, Kalopanax pictus NAKAI roots, Rhododendron mucronulatum TURCZ roots, Chaenomeles speciosa NAKAI, Aconitum loczyanum RAYMOND, Clematis mandshurica RUPR, Eucommia ulmoides OLIVE, Ledebouriella seseloides WOLF, Aralia cordata THUNB, Angelica acutiloba KITAGAWA, Citrus unshiu, and Hordeum vulgare ASCH; a step of mixing the oriental medicinal materials together with 1-20%(v/v) of salt and 1-20%(v/v) of vinegar; a step of boiling the oriental medicinal materials at 60-110 Deg. C. for 1-20 hours; a step of adding 0.1-10 (w/w)% of a nutrition medium and mixing; a step of adding yeast and Lactobacillus and fermenting; a step of repeating fermentation 1-10 times; and a step of heating at 40-100 Deg. C for 10 minutes to 2 hours.
