PURPOSE: A device for sealing an organic light emitting element is provided to produce a high-quality product by hermetically sealing whole surfaces of a substrate and a film. CONSTITUTION: A stage(150) is included in a chamber and forms a organic light emitting unit on a side. A substrate, to which a film covering the organic light emitting unit is attached, is placed on the stage. A press plate(160) is included in an upper part of the stage. An elevating unit is included in a lower part of the stage and elevates the stage to pressurize the substrate and the film through the stage and the press plate. The press plate and the stage heat and pressurize the substrate and the film.
